Few teachers have a college class in classroom management and yet it sets the stage for learning. Two important keys to having a positive learning environment are to be proactive and to intentionally teach rules and procedures. This video series takes a broad look at all that goes into managing a classroom for building strong relationships with students. Following the action steps in Marzano’s book “Classroom Management that Works”, participants are encouraged to develop their own successful approaches by incorporating the new strategies.
